Baptisms at St. Mary are typically celebrated after the 9:30AM or 11:30AM Masses on Sundays. Please call the Parish Office at (251)432-8678 to make arrangements for your child’s baptism. Parents are required to meet with parents prior to the Baptism.
For Godparents who are NOT St. Mary parishioners, St. Mary's requires a Letter of Good Standing from the parish of at least one of the Godparents. To download the Letter form, please click here.
First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion

Reconciliation/Confession
Reconciliation is held in the church Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5–6:00pm, or by appointment. Call (251)432-8678 to schedule an appointment.
Holy Communion
St. Mary's is a Roman Catholic Church. We have Holy Communion at every Mass for all practicing Catholics. If you are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith so that you may one day participate in Holy Communion, please contact the Parish Office at (251)432-8678. This annual sacramental program is for HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS (or Seniors who have not been Confirmed) to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Spring of each year. Current Juniors will begin their preparation this Fall.
– Must be a Junior/Senior in High School
– Must have received the Sacraments of Baptism & First Holy Communion
– Confirmation Registration Form
– Copy of Baptismal Certificate
– Sponsor Form
– 10 Hours of Service to parish or community
– Cannot miss more than 1 class
All candidates for Confirmation will choose a sponsor to journey with them in the Catholic faith. A sponsor is a person in your child’s life who understands and lives the teachings of our faith and can guide and mentor the candidate throughout his or her lifetime.
The Archdiocesan requirements for a sponsor are the following:
– At least 16 years of age
– Has received the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation
– Is an active, practicing Catholic who attends Sunday Mass on a weekly basis
– If married, he or she was married in the Catholic Church
– Is not the parent of the candidate
– Understands and accepts the responsibility of being a sponsor.
STARTING OCTOBER 4th, Fr. Vrazel will teach Confirmation class from 7:00-8:00PM on the following Wednesdays in the Sisters of Mercy Building.

Weddings must be scheduled at least 6 months in advance to give time for proper Marriage preparation. Marriage prep is conducted by the priest marrying the couple.

The Annointing of the Sick Sacrament is a ritual of healing for those in immediate danger of death, but it can also be administered to those suffering from physical, mental, or spiritual sickness.
